  The castle is charming with the coziness and intimacy of a Bed and Breakfast. The Innkeepers are friendly and welcoming. The bedrooms are quaint, each with a theme. We enjoyed using the gas fireplace in Queen Elizabeth and everything worked fine. If you are a foodie the major drawback is food. You're a bit isolated from restaurants (15-30 min to the nearest restaurant). They did their best to accommodate our group (four families) but selection was limited. Overall we enjoyed our mini family vacation and visiting the beautiful Hocking Hills area but found the food to be severely lacking and overpriced for the catered dinner they offered on Saturday evening. With a toddler, waiting until 8:30 for breakfast to be served was also a bit of a challenge. But the various rooms to gather as a large family and play games and chat was wonderful.

  Beautiful place to disconnect from technology. Wife and I had a great long romantic getaway. They have a great collection of board games. Very close to Ash cave.

  The experience was amazing. We had such a lovely stay in the clock tower. The best part was the cozy feel while having double door opening into the double corner whirlpool tub. The staff was super accommodating and made us feel at home. Would love to stay again.

  Location is very nice, it's nestled in the woods. Breakfast is good. They have a good but very limited selection of food for lunch/ dinner. Room was great except for the mattress. I don't mind no TV sets in the room, but the lack of guest wifi was disappointing.
